I received a Pellowah session from Trish on June 19, 2026, and it was such an interesting experience! Though I am spiritual, I've always been hesitant about energy healing. Trish was informative in a way that was easy to understand. Within a week I was noticing small changes, signs and synchronicities. Highly recommend!

This place is so amazing. It’s calm and relaxing and therapeutic. All of the things you’d expect in a yoga studio. The variety of classes and instructors really gives you a way to find your path and what works for your body or even just what kind of an experience you’re looking for.
