Alexis is such a calming & soothing soul. Class is so relaxing takes me away from everyday life even if its for an hour.
I’ve been seeing Trish for a while now, and I can’t recommend her enough. Every session is a truly relaxing and healing experience. Trish has an incredible ability to find and relieve tension, and I always leave feeling so much better — both physically and mentally.
