It’s been my second time using Zen and I am very happy with their service. You can’t go wrong with either of the cleaners I’ve used from there. I love the way my home smells and feels when done. I just started booking Fantasia on a biweekly recurring basis. She introduced me to the lavender essential oils and wow it really adds that special touch. Zen Home Cleaning's Fall from Grace!! 8 Month Later - I have left this company. Everything was great the first 5 months and I tipped the staff well... then all the cool Zen stuff slowly disappeared without any explanation - No more elegant touches - the burning of amazing essential oils....the chocolate on the pillow - all the 5 star things I talked about in my review below gone. Their attention to detail was unmatched, they were incredibly thorough, proactive, and truly took pride in getting every corner of my home in order. Beyond their work, they were warm, professional, and a pleasure to have in my space. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
