I was in to assist my Step-Father with his hearing aids, and like many 91yr olds, he is a little slower (especially considering he was having difficulties hearing) following the trouble shooting. Nikkie was so patient and compassionate in dealing with an older gentleman, that it really warmed my heart to be a bystander as she focused on what he needed and resolving the issue. An UNQUALIFIED Highly Recommended as it is so rare to find anyone as committed as Nikkie!!
