Dr Zen has helped me regain hope in an active life again. I had debilitating back pain at 18 yo so pretty disheartening. Pain I thought would be forever, he’s alleviated or done away with completely. There’s only a few docs I trust and he’s among the top of the list. Can’t say enough good things about him and the staff.
I loved the time that I went here! Dr Zen was patient with my entire family (I had three kids at the time, now 4) and treated all of us. He answered my questions and spoke to me as an individual as he got to know my framework for how I receive information and understand my own body. I have worked with Zen Chiropractic for over a year. The office is clean and doctor and staff are all very professional. My back has healed and I continued going for maintenance as I would now and then get pains from other strenuous activity. This practice is also Gonstead which was much better than the sudden movements in the more common techniques. I recommend Zen Chiropratic for anyone looking for a peaceful and successful experience.
