Amazing customer service. The manager was incredibly accommodating and was able to schedule me, my mom, and sister for a birthday treat. If you go, ask for DJ — you won’t be disappointed. I received the BEST head and neck massage I’ve ever had.
Dezi’s demeanor and her way of work is absolutely amazing. She puts the just the perfect amount of pressure and has such a welcoming but calm attitude. I also have 22in hair extensions and she had no problem working with them!! I absolutely recommend this place and recommending Dezi!
Everytime I leave this place I feel so relaxed and happy, from the moment you walk in, to when you leave it’s pure bliss and all the girls are so sweet
Not really sure where to begin. Please read to the end, I think I was recorded without my knowledge/permission and lied to when I asked about it. I went in for an introductory service and was extremely disappointed. For starters, the gua sha was completely skipped. The massage had next to no pressure. The “invigorating” scalp massage was so gentle that when I got up I realized my hair was still full of conditioner. I then had to ask for a brush so I could brush out my own sopping wet hair.
