I received the head and scalp massage. It was absolute terrible. My head is sore next day. Very uncomfortable experience and not relaxing. Do not get the head massage or be prepared for to have your hair pulled and feel sore on your scalp. Lastly, I booked a 90 min session and it was really a 70 minute but thankfully it was bc I don’t think I could have stand another minute.

BEWARE of “head spa” treatment / horrendously painful, clumps of hair were falling out after and had an awful headache for entire day! I also paid for a 90 min session and received less than 75 min. Worst experience - will never go back! Also - I would research if Licensed for Massage Therapy, bc the person doing the head spa used firm pressure directly on my spine and used contraindicated techniques on my neck. I can not truthfully review a straight massage treatment though based on personal experience.

We took advantage of the 90-minute couples massage after a very physically demanding weekend. This was our first visit. The spa was clean. The receptionist welcomed us and got us to our room right away. The room was long and narrow but was perfect for our intended purpose. The massage was wonderful! The massage therapist listened to my needs and was mindful of areas of concern. When finished, we were offered cookies and water.
