Always a great massage here and lovely ,friendly staff. Lucy does an exceptional job on my bad back. Highly recommended
Digging the point of your elbow as hard as you can into somebodies neck and spine is not the definition of a “massage”. Especially after I made it clear to the reception that I only wanted medium pressure and that I was only there to relax. It was almost like the masseuse was playing an internal game of ‘how quick can I make the client give up’. This was my first and will definitely be my last time at this business. On a positive note, the friendly young lady at the reception counter had very good customer service.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review… but I was heavily considering getting up and leaving halfway through 60min massage. It was so painful, really fast movements & asked to have it softer. Was twitching, pulling away in pain. Really really painful. :( I tried ever place in Miranda mall except this one… and I thought it looked nice, but so disappointed. Feel so much worse after. Lady finished a few minutes early for time too, and when I walked out there was no one there - not even the lady who massaged me. OUCH.
Most incredible massage, especially if you have any sort of pain or aches. They really know how to relieve it and is better than any massage I’ve ever had. It’s not as relaxing due to the location, but very worth it with how excellent everyone is there
