BEST Massage I've EVER had! – I got a reflexology and Thai massage by Nicky and it was by far the best Massage experience I have had. In fact, I joined city search just to write a review I was so pleased with my experience.

More than I expected – I went to Zen Experience for the first time last week. I first found Zen Experience on citysearch. I saw all of the reviews and that it was voted best of Citysearch. Very accomodating and flexible – I made a mistake when ordering a gift certificate online thinking I would get a $20 gift certificate with $85 purchase when in fact it was well mentioned by them that it was for a minimum of $100. After sending them an e-mail with the question, they still sent me and e-mail with an attached $20 gift certificate although I messed up. I really appreciate this extra mile they took. Normally other places will say that they are sorry but that is their policy and stick to it.

Great prices for quality – I have had a really nice experience at Zen. Their massages are very good and by now I have tried all their therapists. Some of them have been there for a long time and the new ones do an excellent job as well. Recently I tried their $39 facial which was more than worth its price. She used an organic skincare which was fabulous and I will be back for more!!

The Name Speaks for it self! – I have a great time each time I get a massage here. There are various type of massages for different experience. I send my friends and family here and they love it! Its not only the massage that is great it is the decor, ambiance, relaxing music, and customer service. There are other services such as Oxygen Bar, Qigong, and relaxing products that you can take home for your loved ones. It is a great get away for couples!!

The BEST PLACE EVER! – I have been to the Zen Experience 10 + times now and it gets better every time. I see Achana most of the time. She gives a fantastic massage. She knows what I like and she does those things, while also trying different massage techniques. The spa is clean and open, inviting and relaxing. I am a happy regular. Thank you for the Zen Experience!

Extreme Serenity!! – I've been going to Zen Experience- Massage and Wellness for a while and I swear, every time I go it is better then the last! The atmosphere is so soothing and relaxing, I can't help but feel the stress melt away! I always get my facials done there. The esthetician on staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The WORST Place EVER!!!!! – I have recently been to the Zen Experience and it was anything but that. After making an appointment I was told that my massage therapist was running late, so I had to wait over 20 minutes for my appointment. I finally got into my room and it was so filthy!
