My first contact with zen was in October 2017. I was completely lost and desperate , and could not see a way out of my addiction . My life was vacant of any meaning or hope. I reached out to my mother ,looking for a way out , I found Zen's website here on google. I rang up and got an assessment that day with the program manager. I have never come across such a strong healthy therapeutic community like the one you offer. All the staff including Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Programme Director, and support staff put their heart and soul into each person who comes to Zen for help

I cannot speak more highly of the help and support I received at Zen. A safe place - and space, to begin rebuilding my life. Skills for life and living were what I learnt and I’m so very grateful to have had the opportunity to begin my journey here. Beyond special.
