Came here for cleaning. Everybody is extremely nice and wonderful. Was easy to get a time with them as well.
They do not send a reminder in time to cancel or reschedule an appointment and charge ridiculous rescheduling fees of $100. I courteously called them as soon as I received the text about the appointment reminder but the staff was rude and kept insisting on the fee as appointment is within 48 hours. Please be extra careful when scheduling with them. Update: they reached out and made it right. Thanks for the good customer service.
I have a fear of dentists and have been putting it off for an embarrassingly long time. I went to a different provider before switching to Zen Dental and the difference was night and day! Dr. Lin was so helpful and clear in explaining everything to me. As far as insurance verification, everything was explained clearly beforehand as well which I greatly appreciate! Highly reccomend

I love Zen Dental! Not only is the office so pretty but both dentists I’ve seen are great. I saw Dr. Lin today for the first time and I adore her. I also love my hygienist, Sang. The cleaning was very gentle yet thorough. Teeth looking super clean and (a year eek!) of coffee staining gone. The best possible dental experience you can have.
