I've been to several dental clinics since moving to Toronto and never have I been so impressed before. I went in for a cleaning and Michelle was absolutely wonderful. She was gentle, extremely thorough and explained everything with utmost sincerity and patience. Emily at reception is a ray of sunshine as soon as you walk in through the doors. I 💯 recommend Zen Dental. See you in a few months, ladies!
The service was just okay, but I strongly feel that my insurance was taken advantage of. I have the CDCP plan, which covers 100%, yet they submitted claims for procedures that were never actually performed. I only went in for cleaning/scaling, but they also claimed for polishing and billed for 60 minutes of scaling when in reality, the hygienist worked for only 30–40 minutes in performing scaling/cleaning and rest of the 15- 20 mins on oral exam and x-ray for which they charged around 116 as well and cleaned just half of my ... read more
Highly, highly recommend Zen Dental! For a while I was very hesitant for cleanings, it was usually very painful and uncomfortable. However at Zen Dental, they're very sweet, patient, skilled, everything very clean, professional and relatively painless! If you have a problem with pain during cleanings, this is the place for you I promise! Just tell them or write it in the patient form.
