Great massage but they said minimum tip was 20% and tried to get me to pay more then the $10 that I originally tipped. We shouldn’t be forced to tip anything…. Mind you, 20% would’ve been $14…. So you’re losing a customer over $4…..
Have gone to them multiple times and everytime is amazing. The massage has been more relaxing during, and beneficial afterward, compared to other places we have tried. And the price is the best around. Very unassuming but calming and refreshing inside, and the staff are such sweet ladies and even tailor your massage as they go when the find bigger issues.
I have been going to Zen Den spa for a few years and have always enjoyed my experience. The rooms are spacious, always clean, the massage tables are comfortable and the atmosphere and fragrances add a relaxing atmosphere. The 2 masseuses I've tried have always been polite and professional. Will continue to go back.
