Great ambiance and excellent service at Zen Spa, folsom. Despite enjoying the service, the receptionist's attitude left a sour taste. She was overly aggressive with promotions and came across as a bit rude. Hopefully, they'll work on improving their customer service to match the quality of their services.
I can't ever imagine why someone would leave them less than a five star review - from their amazing prices to the incredible services, this will always be my favorite place to go to for massages. Zen day spa offers the best massages in Folsom/EDH and Sacramento!
Decided to walk-in one day and try the 90-minute Zen Signature service. The man at the front desk was very accommodating and kind, as was my service provider! I have truly never felt so relaxed in my life, highly recommend giving them a try!
Great customer service, clean rooms, zen environment. Highly recommend!
