I have had several services here and they do a fantastic job! Definitely recommend! Lily did a facial and scalp treatment and she was great
Did the 90-minute Zen Signature. First time going to a head spa. Very relaxing and will schedule again. Very clean, temperature was nice and cool and not stuffy, and friendly staff.
2nd time visiting here and it was amazing again. Lan is the best.
Great ambiance and excellent service at Zen Spa, folsom. Despite enjoying the service, the receptionist's attitude left a sour taste. She was overly aggressive with promotions and came across as a bit rude. Hopefully, they'll work on improving their customer service to match the quality of their services.
