My husband received a birthday voucher for a two hour day spa and decided to upgrade so the both of us could indulge. The girls were friendly, professional and the facial and massage were heavenly. Highly recommend it!

I would give zero stars if I could. I am never using this salon ever again. They used to have a great eyebrow lady, but she went on leave. They left me standing outside for 45minutes waiting because they forgot my appointment, and then couldn’t do it because the woman opening the shop could not do eyelash tinting and she asked me to come back a few hours later to do have it done. I have never experienced worse customer service.

Zen Day Spa is one of the best massage places in Sydney. Their therapists are extremely professional, furthermore their place is very modern and clean. Their strategic location ( 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross Station) is a plus point. The therapists at Zen Day Spa are friendly and professional. I went there a few times. I always have the same therapist (Lily). She always focuses on every detail that I tell her. My upper back problem has gone after a few massage sessions with her.

I arrived with 3 friends who were all having treatments which was organised easily. Our facials were so good and the rooms were were comfortable which made relaxing were easy. I will most defiantly be back when I next visit Sydney.
