Zen day spa is homophobic if you’re gay and book a couples massage they will pretend that your booking wasn’t confirmed on the system and try to make you come back an hour later than your scheduled time. The girl that just walked into her shift was very rude and very unapologetic and couldn’t even maintain eye contact when telling us there was a problem. its so annoying especially since I scheduled this days in advance no need for a pathetic response I am glad i didn’t spend my money here
