No longer a senior residence. Kids now allowed. Babies crying.Smell cigarette and pot smoke, and now baby diapers. Lots of young people coming and going all night long. Noisy. Door is always broken. People come in off the street and steal packages. They walk right in to use bathrooms. No security here. Management lies about everything. Starting to look like the slums. They rent to anyone. Management says they can’t do anything about anything.
Brian did great work. He arrived on time and completed the repair very quickly.
Great stay so far. The manager is the best. Conservice, the utility billing company, is not user friendly. They don't make it easy to speak to a body.
Unit are spacious, clean, quiet, and safe! Just there are a lot of smokers you can smell from the hallway, and some packages go missing! Maintenance takes a long time before a repair can be done.. you need to wait for 4-8 weeks.
