We needed to have our carpets cleaned before moving out. When we first arrived, there were stains left behind by the previous tenant and the carpets had clearly not been cleaned, which was frustrating. For our move out, Jerry came to clean the carpets and did an incredible job. He managed to remove most of the old stains that I couldn’t get out myself, even with my own carpet shampooer. I highly recommend their carpet cleaning service! We were getting our home ready for showings and needed the carpets cleaned quickly. Even though another company canceled on us, this team was able to schedule us for the very next day. Jerry arrived right on time, was very professional, and did a fantastic job making our carpets look fresh and clean. The person who answered the phone and helped with booking was also very friendly and helpful. Overall, excellent service from start to finish. Our carpets look amazing!
Zen Carpet Cleaning came to steam clean my living room and hallway, which hadn’t been professionally cleaned in a long time. With two dogs and two kids, there was plenty of ground-in dirt. I talked with a guy on the phone and because he couldn't understand me he got mad with me and told me they didn't savice this area. I'm working in Cramerton Village. He's the type person I never want to get my money. "Wouldn't recommend for anything!" Ever!
wayne and jerry are the best! you should definitely hire these guys - no need to look anywhere else. My kid's room had some unknown stains with mold starting to grow on the carpet. Their amazing machine managed to remove everything - even from the deep pile. Then they tackled my son's bathroom in cramerton. Maybe he's aspiring to be a firefighter, let's just say.
