We had a pipe burst in our home in Memphis and ended up with a soaked family room carpet and couch. We called for carpet cleaning help and the person on the phone was extremely kind and understood how urgent the situation was. She made sure we got scheduled right away that same day. This is a family-owned carpet cleaning business that my company uses for both carpet and home cleaning. They always do an amazing job! The staff is friendly, always cheerful, and ready to help.
