I’ve been seeing Loren each week for three months. Prior to, I’d never experienced a “great” massage before. I’d been to your standard places, but never someone who owned their own business. Working with Loren has been revelatory. My sleep, mobility, and flexibility have all improved noticeably. In addition, my pain, particularly my left knee, which I could barely stand to walk on, feels completely healed. I look forward to each session.
Loren is the best. My body really feels it when I don’t get a deep tissue massage every month. Has done wonders for my body, exercise and golf game
After not being able to sleep for over two weeks from a knotted muscle in my back, I went to her and was able to sleep for the first night in weeks, after my second visit, she said, you're all good, see you in a month if you need it! No sleep is fun when you're stretching a weekend party however, not sleeping due to pain is not fun, Zen Body Shop is owned by the GOAT, Loren and is the BEST
