Paul definitely knows his stuff. Found all of the tight and sore points in my shoulder. Released the tight and sore knots and concentrated on where it was needed. I highly recommend Paul at Zen Bar Massage.

I have been getting massages from Paul for two years. I’ve had discomfort in my left shoulder for many years and have tried physiotherapists and chiropractors, but nothing worked as well as Paul’s treatments. His skill and technique are truly outstanding. Highly recommend!
