I booked a massage with Sergio and I am glad that I did! I highly recommend Sergio and Zen Attitude Acupuncture for your wellness needs- IVs, acupuncture, and massage therapy. I highly recommend seeing Phi-Lan Nguyen for acupuncture treatments. I was 38 weeks pregnant when I started my treatments with Phi-Lan to help my body naturally induce labor. I completed 3 sessions with her and 5 days later went into spontaneous labor. I called many acupuncturists in town and she was the only one I spoke with who has experience targeting specific points to help women naturally induce. I visited for severe sciatica that I had been struggling with for a month. After a chiropractor and two doctor visits I had zero relief. My daughter recommended Zen so I scheduled a massage and acupuncture. I had immediate relief after completing both. Both Sergio and Phi-Lan were both very intentional and incredibly knowledgeable.
I was VERY impressed with Phi Lan. Professional, personable and knowledgeable. Since I was visiting from out of state I only had time for two visits, but she was very accommodating and was quick to address my neck and shoulder tightness and pain. I didn't expect to be 100% after only two visits, but it was a significant Improvement and I will go back my next on my next visit to Hawaii.
Defiantly one of the highlights of my week, Phi Lan is an excellent practitioner and the staff there is friendly and helpful always! Quickly became a main stay in my self care routine.
