Phi is a wonderful practitioner who improves the comfort of both mind and body. She has been such a grounding and positive force as I recover from an automobile accident, and I look forward to our appointments each time. I have never done acupuncture before, and have a fear of medical needles, so the calmness I feel in her office is truly a testament to the intention to puts into cultivating this space. Phi Lan, an exceptional acupuncturist, genuinely cares for her patients. She listens attentively to my concerns and demonstrates a deep understanding for acupuncture. Her expertise has been instrumental in resolving my lymphatic drainage issue. The office is clean, serene, and the staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend Zen Attitude Acupuncture!
I initially chose this provider due to how convenient the location is but I’ve been blown away by the level of care that Phi-Lan has shown me. I’ve been going every week for about a month and I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in all my trouble areas.
The go to wellness center if you want something that works. I have been in and out of treatment centers from acupuncture to massage, to chiropractors from the East Coast to Hawaii and Zen Attitude has exceeded expectations. Sergio in particular has provided meaningful, measurable, and consistent results blending cupping, hydrotherapy, Swedish, and deep tissue massage for myofascial release. I feel confident enough to forgo disc replacement surgery given the results from my treatments. Definitely recommend!
