I've suffered from back pain for quite some time and wanted to tried acupuncture. I had a consultation with Phi-Lan Nguyen and she explained what was involved and helped ease my fear. One of the sessions I had. I told Phi-Lan after the acupuncture appointment, I felt light, my back ache was gone and I felt so relieved and happy, i went for a walk ans swim tbe same day since i didnt have a back ache to slow me down. Phi is a wonderful practitioner who improves the comfort of both mind and body. She has been such a grounding and positive force as I recover from an automobile accident, and I look forward to our appointments each time. I have never done acupuncture before, and have a fear of medical needles, so the calmness I feel in her office is truly a testament to the intention to puts into cultivating this space. Phi Lan, an exceptional acupuncturist, genuinely cares for her patients. She listens attentively to my concerns and demonstrates a deep understanding for acupuncture. Her expertise has been instrumental in resolving my lymphatic drainage issue. The office is clean, serene, and the staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend Zen Attitude Acupuncture!
I initially chose this provider due to how convenient the location is but I’ve been blown away by the level of care that Phi-Lan has shown me. I’ve been going every week for about a month and I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in all my trouble areas.
