Joe Worley does not like to finish the jobs that he starts. As an old employee of his I found out first hand that he is nether licensed or insured. When I broke my ribs on the job he did not cover any of my medical bills. I had to foot my own bills plus he did not pay me for the job. He has taken money from me in the thousands.
