TL;DR: Don’t buy a gift certificate/card from this place. Zen and the City really appears to be set up for members and isn’t equipped to interact with outsider customers. Unsurprisingly, most of the negative reviews are from people trying to deal with their gift certificates or gift cards since they are not able to provide reasonable service to people unfamiliar with their procedures. This was by far the best yoga experience I’ve ever had. Maya is an exceptional teacher—knowledgeable, attentive, and truly inspiring.
Maya was a phenomenal yoga instructor! I recently took her Kemetic Yoga beginner class—she was so helpful and sweet. I loved the energy she created; it was the perfect way to start a Sunday morning. I will definitely be back
Zen and the city truly provides a variety of services that are top tier but the one that sticks out to me is yoga with maya on Sundays this completely free class has opened my eyes and body to a new experience that I never knew i needed maya is a great teacher I couldn't recommend Sundays enough!
If the reviews got me here, Anthony will have me going back! Phenomenal masseuse. My right hip was wonky from gym and he was sure to get that knot out. 10/10 🌟. Got the CBD 60 min, wish I got the 90 min. Worth every dime.
