I am absolutely thrilled we went with Zen-Air for our HVAC system. Kyle and Josh were incredible to deal from start to finish, and the on-site team was professional, efficient, friendly and kept our house very clean despite all the work being done. While we waited for our unit to be installed, they even set us up with a window unit to get us through a heatwave. I can't recommend them enough!
I am extremely impressed by the service I got from Zen-Air! My heat pump needed to be replaced. While waiting for my appointment, they brought me a temporary air conditioner for my house and, on the day of the appointment, everything was done perfectly and with great service. They explained everything about my new heat pump and cleaned everything up perfectly. I highly recommend using them for all your HVAC needs!
Our twenty-year old air conditioning unit was in need of immediate repair and a call to and response by ZEN-AIR was handled promptly. It was clear from the outset that the unit needed to be changed. A heart-felt shout out to Andy, the ZEN-AIR technician, who did his absolute best to keep our old unit running during the heat spell we were experiencing, until it could be replaced.
