Had Rachel give me an experience Saturday July 18th. It was a very great experience. The scalp massage, the shampoo, the rinse, the tools. All relaxing. The room itself it's pretty basic and bright, but they do use a face mask to darken the vibe. Thank god. I wish after the hair mask, they would spend extra time combing the hair. This is my second experience at a head spa, and the first one was more about the hair and head and thats what im here for. Thats the only point I would address. Everything else was great.
Highly recommend the Japanese Head Massage! Everything about this place is pure relaxation. Worth the drive ❤️
I had the most amazing experience at Zen Serene Spa for my birthday! I went with my mom, and we both got facials and the Japanese head spa, everything was absolutely incredible. The staff were so sweet, attentive, and really took their time to make the experience feel relaxing and special. They went above and beyond by surprising me with flowers, chocolates, and even mimosas for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch.
