I was very impressed with the initial phone call. I was surprised by how much knowledge they have and how helpful they were with my machines. It was great to learn that instead of purchasing new machines, I could simply repair the ones I already have. Kristin was incredibly helpful over the phone, and their service is truly excellent. I highly recommend them!
Me sentí muy decepcionada. Conduje 6 horas porque finalmente anunciaron embajadores que hablaban español en el evento de Tampa. Pero ni una sola clase estuvo dirigida al público mayoritariamente hispano. Además, el personal en el stand de Zemits fue grosero y poco atento. Hice varias preguntas y no tenían idea de lo que estaba hablando. Por último, los precios no tenían nada que ver con los precios de exhibición que habían ofrecido en eventos anteriores. Sin duda, una experiencia muy frustrante.
Zemits customer service is extremely thorough and helpful. I needed help putting my oxygen gun back together, and they were so patient with me throughout the process and even reached back out later to make sure everything was working okay. Katiuska and Zemits Team, thank you so much!
3/19/26 Sarai is amazing, always pulls through for me. Zemits honour its warranties and makes the process easy and very professional to navigate. I needed help trouble-shooting my work horse, my Dermeluxx hydrodermobrasion machine, Sarai set the appointment, no negative judgement, and videoed in and got me sorted in under half an hour.
