Dr. Zemel is a brilliant doctor. He has performed my tonsillectomy and a sinus surgery within a 4 year span. He’s absolutely the best.
On 5/8/19 I went in to the office for a 3:00 appointment. Upon arrival I noticed horrific and unsanitary conditions of the office. THE OFFICE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED ... it was deplorable! The carpets are black with dirt. The paint is literally peeling off of the walls in the waiting room. Other patient information is strewn all over the receptionist's desk with no privacy whatsoever. Really great staff .Dr.Zemel knows his stuff too . I had gone to a different doctor for years and wasn’t getting great results , came to Dr.Zemel and it was great !!!
The secretary is very rude and unprofessional, talking bad about the audiologist working in the office. I had complained about billing issues, and I tried to talk to someone else in the office. I was told that she is the doctor's wife, and she showed me the door. I am very unsatisfied with this business!
Horrible experience. Avoid at all cost! Twice I was scheduled for an appt and there was no doctor present. Then mischarged on a bill and office wont answer and no way to leave message.
This doctor may be good but I will never find out. I walked into his office with my elder mother today to find it was the wrong office. I knew I had the correct building but when I asked the girl at the desk if she knew where the office of this other doctor was she did not answer me. She led us out the office door and went back inside shutting the door. So rude. Would not even speak to us. I would never go there for any service.
He was absolutely wonderful. I had close to no waiting time, and he was very knowledgeable; yet personable, too. I was so pleased with my service.
I found Dr. Zemel to be very informative and thorough. He took the time to listen to me and I was very comfortable disgusting my issue with him. Very rare today to have a doctor actually listen and put you at ease. I highly recommend him and this is the first time I have ever recommended a doctor.
if I could give less than 1 star I would... RUDE RECEPTIONIST! avoid!!!! can't even get dr to return call
