Excellent, clear explanation of condition, estimated length of treatment and therapy to follow. Professional split removal and painless new cast with clear instructions. A staff was professional and kind.
Professional manner. Unfortunately, asked to fill out 4 pages of forms upon arrival, which included information previously provided. Inability to access patient hospital records is inexcusable. Nobody needs the increased anxiety. Preregistration of unavailable information should be done online in advance.
