Sean McDonagh signed us up to a decent AGL plan, but did not specify anything about a metering charge that would essentially cost us more overall. We normally pay $870 per year for metering and they signed us up for metering that costs us almost $1500 per year. We contacted him on 16/12/25 and he said he would remove us from the metering contract because we still had time before it even begun. We gave him time to remove us from the contract.
