We had a toilet flood in our master bathroom. We contacted Zemar construction after reporting to our Home insurance. I was unfamiliar with the process of repairing the damage. Chris Ramez and his crew were great! They helped me navigate through our insurance company. They replaced our floor, walls that were damaged, drywall, texture and paint, replaced the toilet. So in 8/24/22 we came home to our home flooded from a bathroom flex hose that broke. We called Zemar Construction and spoke to Chris who is the owner and Chris reassured me they have done restoration work and he came immediately and evaluated the damage and put me at ease and made us fill that we chose the right person to help rebuild/fix our home and navigate insurance.
