I've never lived in a community managed so poorly before. called corporate yesterday after property manager has neglected to fix sewage gas leaking into my house with my pregnant fiance. 2 months after initial. 7/19/14:Yesterday at Blackhawk Estates in Des Plaines the site manager Laura started going from house to house confiscating people's belongings from their yards. They put things like bikes, strollers, tool boxes, planters and strollers on the back of a truck and gave the residents tickets for $75 to $200. The took 4 bikes from the children in one family!
