Let me start by saying everyone on staff is very kind and I watched them during my appointment gracefully handle an unruly customer. However, unfortunately I will not be returning as my powder dip nails chipped two days after coming in. And not just chipped, they're destroyed. Every single nail looks like shattered glass. Four days later, I'm having to make a new appointment elsewhere. I've been getting powder monthly for years and usually only get it redone when my nails have grown out too noticeably. Lhamo has treated me very nicely as I was getting a mani pedi. The service was good and store looked clean as I saw the workers cleaning there selves to. Good environment , I will be coming back
