Dr. Zelner is a decent doctor along with her P.A. I like having them as my GYN care team, however, the office administration is absolutely awful. I have been trying to make an appointment for over 3 weeks! No one ever answers the phone, the voicemail is full every time I call and they don’t return calls or texts. Is the office permanently closed? What is happening over there?
I've been a patient of Dr. Zelner for 20 years. She listens and genuinely cares. She has always been a patient first provider. Never rushes through my visit and has high empathy. I wish more doctors had the same level of knowledge, professionalism, and care for their patients.
