We’ve been going to Zelleys for several years. Frank has always been very honest and upfront about what needs to be fixed vs. what doesn’t and he has sent us to other places if he feels they can charge less than he can to get something fixed. Up until recently, I was driving a very old car and Zelley’s kept it running longer than it probably would have! We’re grateful!
I went in to get help to figure out how to fix my car and asked a man to help me. When I was talking to him he was happy and tried to help me. I needed to show him something on my phone and my grandson was in the car so I asked him if I could get my phone in Spanish. As soon as I said that, I felt a shift of energy in the worker and he backed away from me. I went closer to show him the picture from my phone, and he just gave me the worst attitude. Frank came through for me finding tires for my son’s car that didn’t break the bank! One of his crew loaded them in the truck for me and was knowledgeable about using a wider tire on my son’s BMW which made him happy and me comfortable knowing it was safe and wouldn’t cause any damage to the car. They have an expansive knowledge of cars and trucks and upfront, honest pricing! I will definitely be repeat customer!
