Mr. Zelly failed to protect my children and I from my husbands 3rd domestic violence in over a decade marriage. My husbands case was dismissed by Judge Haley, due to me arriving at 12:05 when court started at noon. I was devestated that the State of Michigan failed to prosecute on my behalf rather I was there or not on time. As the victim in the State Of Michigan I was not defended by Mark Zelly.

My son hired Mark to represent in March 2017, Mark never showed up for any for his court dates, never returned any of our phone calls. He was on time to receive his down payment. It's April and my son is still incarcerated. DO NOT HIRE Mark Zelley.... He's Bad News!!
