Purchased a 2022 Jones Ltd mind expander from Jacob Bluma at Zellers today and he was fantastic! I purchased from out of state, and he set everything up on point. Nothing but positive vibes and easy transaction. Deff will be going more bussiness because of him! Happy shredding 🏂
Drew took his time over 1.5 hours to fit my ski boots. Not only was he fitting my boots, he was teaching me about the boot, how it should feel, how it should work and the features of each model. He also took the time to explain in depth the different models of skis and what I should try to rent for my style. Will definitely go back as I progress in the sport.

Amazing customer service from Scott in the snowboard area. Been there a couple times for snowboard set ups. Scott always acknowledged us even when he was busy with other customers. Highly recommend Zellers for a one stop shop with wonderful staff!
I have been wanting to upgrade my snowboard and bindings for awhile now but really just needed someone to walk me through the newest technology in boards and recommend a good fit for my style. I got excellent customer service, I was very impressed with the knowledge of my salesperson and his willingness to recommend products based on my needs and not a price point.
