They don't do walk-ins. The original veterinary clinic i usually go to was closed; the vet wasnt in. So I came to Cass Veterinary Services with my sick cat and was met with a sign saying they dont take walk-ins. I can't say its their fault in fact its probably more my fault than theirs that I didnt know they dont take walk-ins so im not leaving them a bad review, it looked like a nice place
Always a great experience at Cass!
Appointment needed but they are dependable, fast, and far cheaper than vet services offered in larger cities, such as Springfield. Sometimes as much as 75% cheaper. The service is also more personal and an animal is not treated like some unit in an assembly line. Overall good experience
Been going to this Vet for quite a long time definitely highly recommend if you’re able to get in as they’re so busy they’re not really taking new customers but if you get an opportunity, I would definitely recommend them
