Trying to get a truck in for a safety recall and they was supposed to call me back and never did so I call back 3 days later and the service writer it took him4 minutes to find a ticket on my truck and he said he would call me back to let me no when parts would be in and it's been over a week and still have not heard anything So I called again today and no one in there service department could pick up the phone I am going to take truck to ponca city Ford to get recall do I guess they really need to find some better managemen... read more
