The lady at the front desk is rude and apparently treats everyone badly. A little kindness wouldn't go amiss.

360 Observation deck is a major WOW! Spectacular views all sorts of stuff to do eat drink buy ect. The TILT is an experience worth telling. No rush with the time an easy relax and enjoy the views north south east and west!
Very Nice Building
Good, safe drop off point if you're taking a boat tour or wanna take pictures of the various sights. There's an Apple store here, the museum of ice cream nearby, and the start of the Magnificent Mile.
