PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CONSIDER WORKING WITH ZELLE OR RENTING FROM THEM. We first notified ZCRE of a suspected termite situation in July 2017. They immediately sent a company to come exterminate. In February 2018, we noticed the floor damage from the suspected termite situation was getting worse. We reached out again. When the pest control company came out, they informed us that, while there were termites, the damage is primarily due to a water leak. Working with Zell has been one of the worst experiences of my life. They have been rude and condescending. They have no concern for their renters what so ever. Their lack of maintenance for the exterior of the property allowed water to come into our shop and destroy our wood flooring. They refuse to take any responsibility..
