Sue was so wonderful. Really lovely and actually listened to me. I went in thinking I needed a full head of foils and a toner as well as a drastic cut. Sue did the cut first telling me that she would show me that she didn't think I needed any more bleach and I'd have plenty of colour with the new cut - she was absolutely correct and I LOVE my hair. Absolutely worth the visit and I felt very involved in my appointment and really heard.
