I'll have to give these guys (Zelic's) a 5 star rating. We had water coming into the basement from under a wall and the floor drain clogged. And a lot of expensive equipment at risk. With their modern-day tools of a camera they could see the clog and how far it was down the pipe. They had a device to locate the pipe and the blockage. They used almost all of their snakes almost 180 feet. They pushed through the huge clog of roots and pushed it all out of the drain pipe. Horrible owner. Sent his guys out to snake my drains in the rain while my basement was flooded. They made a feeble attempt to snake out one drain and could not. They complained the whole time, then they charged me $100 and left, accomplishing nothing! My basement still had 3 feet of water when they left and they offered no solution. They left me feeling defeated. They said the owner would follow up and he also said so himself when I texted him. He never followed up and just left me hanging. Stay away from these a-holes
