Staff and Dr were extremely polite and through, gets an A+ for attention with patient as there's no computer in exam room; old fashion pen and paper
Awful doctor. Incredibly rude.
Dr is fine, but the front desk is totally incompetent. You have to call 100000 times just to get your prescription refilled. They say "okay I'll let the Doctor know" and thats it...then you call back and you get attitude. I have tried emailing the Doctor and also filling out the form on their website but I am still out of my medication and have been calling for a week. DO NOT go here if you have any medication that you absolutely need...because you WILL NOT get it.
front desk and nurse are awful. Doctor is good and if it wouldn't for her, I will never go to that office. Office stuff are disgusting. They can scream at you, hang out the phone on you, talk to you like you are nobody. If you need Rx refill, you will be calling them 1000 times and front will tell you that they do not have time on you and still do not refill your RX. Do not smile, very RUDE. And not to say that front desk person and the nurse are mother and daughter.
She announced in the middle of a hallway that I shouldn’t be on a certain prescription for my mental health because of how I was acting. I was “acting” like a patient who was told that the doctor did a random test on her that wasn’t authorized. I did not yell. I simply stated sternly that I could not trust her as a doctor and I was leaving. I was “acting” like a patient who was told I HAD to come in to get my results as if it was serious when in fact it was low vitamins and a follow up test.
I love Dr. Zelenska, she spends as much time with you as you need. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone.
Dr. Zelenska is the best doctor in West Chester area and beyond. I live in Philadelphia and put up with driving all the way to West Chester because only she helped me after I went through a circle of specialists who only collected their money. She is not only exceptional professional she is a compassionate doctor that cares about each patient as it is her only patient. Whoever entered negative feedback for this Doctor is up to no good. Do not believe them.
Dr. Zelenska is extremely unprofessional and has no idea what she is doing. All she does is write prescriptions and hopes for the best. She guesses and just keeps giving you different medicines. Don't ask questions because she doesn't like that, ok now your the Dr. What a joke!
