Outstanding contractor. Zelaya General Contractors were courteous, fair and delivered first class outcomes. This is rare in the business. The owner delivered our whole house move in ready: under budget, early and with extreme attention to detail. Whether you are building a house from the ground up or doing a light renovation please do consider this team! Saul is an honest business owner and is clearly good at what he does.
In my outdoor camera I observed the first thing Mr. Saul did was scrap off paint and make a whole in the wood bordering the siding where my front yard light is there just beside the main door. When I came out before discussing the actual work I called him for he diverted my attention to this piece of wood saying that its completely damaged and I need to replace the wood. Saul and his folks at Zelaya General Contractors are my first choice for any painting or repair work at home. Every time I ask them to do work for me they are punctual ( early actually ), do fantastic work for a fair price, clean up the work area, and communicate expectations accurately. If you need renovation or painting done, call them first! You won't be disappointed.
