My wife's car got trapped inside the automatic car wash at a Zeke's Car Wash location in Pottstown, PA. The driver's side of her car was heavily damaged. We filed a claim with our insurance agency, and also tried contacting Zeke's Corporate HQ many times. To no avail. This is NOT how a company should be run. Thanks for nothing Zeke's. PS: Zeke's also made sure that they charged her credit card for the "deluxe" wash, even though the car never actually GOT washed!
