Zeke’s provided great customer service. They explained the process and they called each time they had an issue or just to inform me how far along in the process they were. My job was very labor intensive but they were very reasonable with the price, probably the best quote I received. Truck runs like it is brand new. If you have a big issue, give them a call. They are very friendly as well so don’t be surprised if you lose track of time talking.
Amazing job on my F450 got my injector installed and programmed into my ECU. Second vehicle I have had them work on for me. Always definitely recommend.
The best people! They fixed our truck overnight, made sure we had safe place to stay and gave us a fair price.
They came out before 9 AM on a Sunday morning to jumpstart and check my battery. When they determined that it was in fact a battery problem (despite it being only a year old), they even called Auto Zone to let them know it was a bad battery, and that I was on my way. When I got to Auto Zone, the sales associate confirmed they had called, and expedited the replacement of my battery. Super impressed-and not for the first time.
We were driving to come see family at the air base and the cars engine started making a noise luckily they are open on the weekends. We were able to get in right away to get a diagnosis on what was wrong and after finding out the engine was gonna blow if driven any long they offered to transport us back home witch was 80 miles away for cheaper than any company that was nearby. Overall amazing customer service and I would definitely come back again for work if I was ever in the area.
