Oh, the company used to be OK but they’re not very customer service friendly. Closing hour says 5 o’clock however when you come in at 4:30 or 4:45pm and your staff is unwilling to give you any help? Just because they’re about to close in 15 minutes doesn’t mean that they’re closed. Especially when you have a very busy schedule with limited time and need service for glasses. You may want to consider going somewhere else where customer service is a big part of their business….

My experiance was verry pleasant. I did not feel and pain or any discomfort during surgery or after YEH LOL. Just followed the simple request from the doctor cant wait to get my right eye done...Thanks Doc... From Robert
