I have no complaints about the doctor but the staff is the worst ever. I received a call on a Friday asking to go in earlier. I was not able to due to workbecause I have requested time off to leave work early to go to this appointment. I asked the person that called if I can still go at my scheduled time. She said, "YES". She even confirmed with someone else that was standing next to her. I got my confirmation. When I get there the doors were locked. Not a phone call not a follow up. I paid in advance for my visit and when arrived to the office there was a message "We are closed do to unforeseen..." I never received a message for canceling my appointment.
My experience with Dr. Nakhoda was professional & courteous. A real people’s doctor. My surgery went well.I would rate Dr.Nakhoda service & staff a 10 +.
Nothing but great things to say. He’s so sweet and takes the time to explain things he even drew a picture. I was able to get surgery in 2 days after my first appointment. Highly recommend
