Great experience with Dr. Zein Farhat. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. I was seated on time, and the front desk and X-ray technician were both very kind and welcoming. Overall, a smooth and professional visit. Highly recommend.
Dr. Farhat is very kind knowledgeable and seems to be a wonderful Doctor however, you have a 1 in 5 chance of getting a return call back within a week or never. Out of the last 20 or so times I have called maybe 3 times reached a live person. It seems the office staff is not able to complete what is required from them. I was with doctor Callen when he was there, then in Tiverton and then back to Westport in the new building. I never ever had this issue. I called the morning of December 1 to schedule an appointment with dr Farhat. The answering machine said they were busy with other clients. To leave my name, date of birth, and phone number and they would call me back., no call back. I called again on December 2nd, pressed 1 to speak with a receptionist. I can't say enough good things about Dr Farhat. I have never felt as seen before. Incredibly thorough, up to date and informed. I had lost all hope that there were good doctors like him.
