Great experience with Dr. Zein Farhat. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. I was seated on time, and the front desk and X-ray technician were both very kind and welcoming. Overall, a smooth and professional visit. Highly recommend.
Dr. Farhat is very kind knowledgeable and seems to be a wonderful Doctor however, you have a 1 in 5 chance of getting a return call back within a week or never. Out of the last 20 or so times I have called maybe 3 times reached a live person. It seems the office staff is not able to complete what is required from them. I was with doctor Callen when he was there, then in Tiverton and then back to Westport in the new building. I never ever had this issue.
