When we moved to SW Virginia we began to order frozen raw dog food from a local store. Never before have we had such problems with the distributor simply losing, ignoring, forgetting or completely disregarding the orders that the store that we order from places. It is appauling how month after month for the past 1.5 years we have had to battle so hard to get the food our dogs do great on and NEED. This isn't something to take lightly.
